After the workshop, all participants will be invited to submit a paper to a special issue on Design Theory, Hadamard Matrices and Applications in the Journal of Algebraic Combinatorics. The special issue is intended to be a collection of papers reflecting the intersections of Design Theory, Hadamard Matrices and Applications and the areas of interest of the Journal of Algebraic Combinatorics. All submissions will be rigorously referred, up to the JACO standards. All submissions should be original work, that has not been submitted elsewhere for publication.
